- Use a variety of teaching styles/systems, teaching aids and their experience to train pupil to fit into all road situations.
- Teaching in a nice modern car.
- They have flexibility on working hours and areas. DRM covers most of West and Central Scotland (other areas other franchise opportunities).
- You are your own boss.
- It is a financially and emotionally rewarding job.
- You can go on to develop to training in – Pass Plus, Advanced Driver Training, Fleet Driving and Duty of Care, Instructor Training and Check Test preparation.
Joining DRM you get over 20 years experience and the support of a management team to assist you in business success.
Marketing, DRM business system and support, training car (optional), pupil sourcing system, team of friendly professional staff supporting your business and booking pupils, business system to support your franchise, continuous professional development and the option of developing to deliver a variety training courses.
Whilst you focus on teaching and managing your pupils, the DRM team is working on marketing and booking pupils. Our opening hours vary by call volumes so pupils are speaking to people – not machines.
